Your official Whistler.com Gift Certificate will be emailed to the recipient within 48 hours of purchase. When booking, you'll have an option to include a personalized message.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

  • You cannot redeem a gift certificate online – they must be redeemed by phoning Whistler.com directly at 1.800.944.7853
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be re-sold or transferred to another person after the initial purchase has been completed. Whistler.com will not honour any gift certificate redemptions on re-sold gift certificates. The initial purchaser must provide the recipient’s name at the time of booking in order for the Gift Certificate to remain valid.
  • Gift certificates can be used towards any items sold specifically on the Whistler.com website (except Edge Cards, Seasons Passes, and Travel Insurance).
  • Whistler Blackcomb Lift Tickets & Passes purchased on Whistler.com must be booked with accommodation and at least 7 days in advance.
  • Epic Pass products purchased on Whistler.com must be booked with accommodation and at least 7 days in advance.
  • Whistler Blackcomb PEAK 2 PEAK and Sightseeing tickets must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
  • This Gift Certificate is NOT redeemable in retail stores or restaurants.
  • Gift Certificates can not be used to purchase additional Gift Certificates.
  • No portion of the Gift Certificate is redeemable for cash.
  • Whistler.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • Purchases exceeding the value of this Gift Certificate require the use of a credit card to complete the booking and will be used to pay the remaining balance.
  • The Gift Certificate amount and all purchases are in Canadian dollars.
  • Applicable taxes and fees will be charged when paying for a purchase with all Gift Certificates.
  • Incidental charges from accommodation suppliers are not covered by this Gift Certificate and must be paid for with your own credit card.
