Whistler Olympic Park
Located 30 minutes south of Whistler Village in the magical Callaghan Valley, Whistler Olympic Park offers snow activities for all ages and abilities. Discover the Nordic venue of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games on cross-country skis or snowshoes, or try your hand at biathlon, an exciting Olympic sport. Enjoy access to rentals, lessons, ski camps for kids and adults, and dog-friendly trails. A full-service Day Lodge offers hearty meals, guest services and a Nordic boutique.

Winter Dates and Hours of Operation*
Dates: November 22, 2024 – early April 2025
Hours: Weekdays 9 AM – 4:30 PM | Weekends 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Wednesday Nights 3 – 9 PM**| Thursday Extended Hours until 6:30 PM**
New for 2024/25: Extended evening hours on three weekdays at special rates! Experience the magic of skiing or snowshoeing under the stars on select Mondays and Wednesdays until 9 PM, and Thursdays until 6:30 PM. Enhance your adventure with free guided ski tours on Wednesday evenings and weekends.
**Wednesday Nights run from early December 2024 to early March 2025, excluding December 25 and January 1. Extended hours available on Thursdays from January 9 to end of season.

2024/25 Day Tickets
A day ticket to Whistler Olympic Park provides access to more than 55 kilometres of cross-country ski trails and 15 kilometres of wilderness snowshoeing trails for all skill levels, including dog-friendly options.

Where is Whistler Olympic Park?
Whistler Olympic Park is located just 30 minutes south of Whistler Village and 30 minutes north of Squamish in the Callaghan Valley. Free parking is available on site.
Facilities - Day Lodge*
The beautiful, full-service Day Lodge is home to friendly staff ready to help you make the most of your visit. Guests can enjoy the following services, seven days a week:

Cross-Country Skiing
- Access to 55 kilometres of cross-country ski trails for all abilities (includes dog-friendly and snowshoe trails)
- Expertly-groomed terrain for both classic and skate skiing, ranging from beginner to expert
- Skiing under the stars with a network of night trails (see Winter Hours of Operation)
- Private and group lessons, Nordic ski camps and programs for all ages and abilities, as well as free guided ski tours
- Rental shop with high-quality classic and skate ski equipment for kids and adults, including Chariots for toddlers
- Nordic community and sport events throughout the season
Snowshoeing
- More than 15 km of maintained snowshoe trails (including dog-friendly trails) for all skill levels take you through old-growth forests, up to breathtaking viewpoints and along Olympic monuments
- Snowshoeing under the stars with a network of night trails (see Winter Hours of Operation)
- Pick up a map at the Day Lodge and choose one of the marked trails to explore the park at your own leisure
- Book a private snowshoe tour to learn about the park, its history and nature
- Rental equipment includes snowshoes, poles and overboots
- A low-impact activity for all ages and a great introduction to winter
Biathlon
Ski fast, shoot straight – discover the unique Olympic sport of biathlon. No experience is required and lessons are available with shooting only (no skiing), or as a full lesson including cross-country skiing and shooting portions. Must be 8 years and older, no skiing or experience necessary.
Lessons, Camps and Tours
The snow school offers group and private lessons for classic or skate skiing and biathlon, as well as introductory sessions for children and youth. Camps are available for both youth and adults, and private lessons can be arranged for all ages. Free, guided ski tours are also available.
