Online: Use the search function on this page to book your tickets. Select the route from the search results under Whistler Shuttle. Please note that online reservations are not available within 24 hours of travel time - call to confirm your reservation by phone.
For shuttles to and from Downtown, select a departure time. For shuttles to and from the airport, you will be requested to add your flight information at the end of the check-out process, after you have entered payment information.

Pickup/Drop Off Locations

Main Terminal: After you have cleared customs and collected your luggage you may check-in by phone, email or in person. A courtesy phone is available at the information desk and the airport has free wifi. The Whistler Connection desk is located in the domestic terminal, near baggage claim 2.

South Terminal: Whistler Connection does not pick-up directly from the south terminal. Please make your way to domestic arrivals in the main terminal and follow the check-in instructions for the main terminals. The airport provides a courtesy shuttle.

Pickup Times: Whistler Shuttle offers flexible departures. In the case of a delayed flight, Whistler shuttle will adjust their departure schedule to ensure that you are on the road to Whistler as soon as possible. The shuttle meets flights arriving from 9:00 AM to as late as 9:00 PM in Winter. If your flight arrives after these times, you will be transferred to the first shuttle the next morning.

Door to Door Service

Door to Door service is included and provides transportation to most hotels and condos located in the Village (Whistler Village, Upper Village, Village North and Creekside). Due to the landscape at Whistler Village, at some locations Whistler Shuttle are able to provide transportation service to a property closest to your hotel/condo only. Whistler shuttle are still able to drop you off at your specific location in Whistler for an additional fee of $40 per group. To enquire about specific drop-off/pick up locations, please call 1.800.944.7853 for more information. A list of all drop off/pick up locations is also available to view during the online checkout process.

Key Service

Due to the additional requirement to provide Key pick-up, check-in assistance and additional transportation, a Key Service fee of $25 per group will be levied (plus 5% GST). This fee is a one time fee (inbound only) and does include your return pick-up at your hotel/condo. Guests must make their checkout arrangments directly with the property management company prior to departure. The key service can be booked online. Please add to your cart when booking.

Baggage Policy

Limit to 2 pieces of luggage, not to exceed 22.5 kg (50lbs.) per piece and one carry on (6.8 kg / 15lbs and under). Overweight items will be subject to an additional fee per piece of $15.00 (includes tax) and space availability.

Bike Ski, Snowboard & Golf Club Policy

These items will be accepted for transport on a space available basis and must be properly contained (box or bag). Ski & Snowboards are considered to be 1 of your 2 allowed luggage pieces. Maximum of 1 bicycle per passenger at an additional charge of $25. Bicycles must be boxed.

Pickup/Drop Off Locations

YVR (Vancouver International Airport) Pick-up Location (Northbound): Meet at our YVR Skylynx Kiosk beside the escalator at International Arrivals.

Vancouver Pacific Central Station: Meet at Bus Bay #7.

Downtown Vancouver City Centre: Meet on Melville Street outside of Hyatt Regency Hotel near Burrard Metro Station.

Squamish: Pick-up and drop-off by reservation only. Meet at the Squamish Adventure Centre.

Creekside: Pick-up and drop-off by reservation only. The meeting point is outside of Legends Hotel at the bus stop.

Whistler: Meet at Whistler Gateway loop near the Whistler Visitor Centre.

EXPRESS Service: YVR Skylynx’s EXPRESS service conducts pick-ups from YVR Vancouver Airport then is a direct express transfer to Whistler. In Whistler, the EXPRESS service picks up and drops off at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa, The Westin Resort & Spa, and Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

Passengers may bring a maximum of 5 suitcases and 1 carry-on bag per person.

Bikes, Skis & Golf Clubs

Passengers may bring a maximum of 2 sets of golf clubs, skis or snowboards per person.

Baggage Policy

Each ticket holder may bring one standard size suitcase or duffel bag no larger than 158 centimeters (62 inches) and weighing a maximum of 23 kilos (50 pounds) plus one carry-on bag that can fit in the overhead storage compartment. Please note that overhead storage space on buses is typically smaller than found in airplanes and measures 23x 40.5x51 cm (9x16x20 inches). Bringing a small suitcase as a carry-on bag weighing no more than 12 kg (25 lbs) is perfectly fine. Additional luggage is charged $15 each for a single or return trip.

Bikes, Skis & Golf Clubs

Each ticket holder may also bring one set of skis or snowboard or golf clubs. Additional skis or snowboards or golf clubs are charged $15 which also covers the return trip if a return trip is purchased at the same time. Customers wishing to transport a bicycle or tandem are charged $20 per bike for a return trip.

In the unlikely event that we do not have room for your gear, we commit to ensuring your gear travels safely on the next service and dropped off at your final destination.

Melville St. is about 100m long at this block and there could be other buses at this stop when Epic Rides pull up, please watch for Epic Rides pulling up behind them, along Melville St, beside the Hyatt.
Gateway Bus Loop Whistler Village - located in the heart of Whistler Village beside the Visitor Centre.
