Directions / Pick Up
Please arrive for your tour at least 15 minutes prior. Hourly rides start from 7830 Pemberton Meadows Road, half and full day rides begin from the trailhead (directions will be emailed). Guests must transport themselves to the ranch or trailhead (pick ups not available). From Whistler, it is a 45 minute drive to get to Copper Cayuse.

Multi Day Trips
Trailhead on Birkenhead River Road/Birkenhead FSR (approx. 45min from Whistler, BC). Driving directions are provided upon booking.

Waivers
Waivers must be signed in advance of any tours.

Height Restrictions
Pony rides, no age or height restrictions
Hourly rides minimum 4’ tall accompanied by an adult
1/2 day, full day: we ask that children be at least 7 years old or have some riding experience so that they are strong enough to ride the distance. All riders under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless special permission has been from the Company prior to the ride
Trips same as above , but must be accompanied by adult
Weather Policy
Tours run in all weather conditions.

Group bookings of 6+ people are subject to a 5% gratuity.

ONLINE BOOKINGS:
Tour times booked online are subject to change, based on availability in our live system. Should your selected time be unavailable, Whistler.com will contact you within 24 hours to notify you of the change. Any tours commencing within 24 hours of booking should contact 1 800 944 7853 to confirm tour time.

The following applies:

Full day, Half day, One and Two Hour Tours
24 hours prior notice for full refund.

Multi Day Expeditions
7 days prior for full refund, 6-3 days for 50% refund, 2 days and under - no refund

Management reserves the right to alter these policies if the situation demands.

Payment is taken at the time of booking.
