You are required to meet 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time at our Cougar Mountain base.
If you are planning on staying at Cougar Mountain to enjoy the Day Ticket activities, you are welcome to participate first come first served, no additional reservations are required.
ALL TOURS WILL LEAVE PROMPTLY AT DESIGNATED TOUR TIME - Early check in is required to allow time to sign waivers and assure that everyone on tour is ready to go.

This tour begins at our Cougar Mountain Basecamp located on Cougar Mountain at Sixteen Mile Creek Forest Service Road, Whistler, BC, V0N 1B8.
Drive your own vehicle, grab a cab or take advantage of our complimentary roundtrip shuttle from Whistler Village.
If you plan on taking our complimentary shuttle from the Gateway Loop bus stop in Whistler Village, please visit our bus timetables to plan your trip!
The free shuttle runs daily from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM (or later), offering round-trip service between Whistler Village’s Gateway Loop and Cougar Mountain Basecamp. From April 1–May 31 and Sept 1–Oct 31, it runs hourly with a short pause between 5 PM and sunset. From June 1 through summer, it runs every 30 minutes. Each shuttle seats 24 guests on a first-come, first-served basis. During busy times, arrive early to ensure a spot.
Height/Age/License Tour Requirements & RestrictionsYour safety is our first priority and therefore there are no exceptions to these policies.
•Wilderness SxS: Minimum age is 6 years old
•Backcountry SxS: Minimum age is 13 years old
Minimum height is 4 feet tall (122cm)
All guests are required to wear our D.O.T certified helmet and must fit our XXS helmet at a minimum to participate.
•Driver’s 16+ must show their valid driver’s license at time of check in, no Leaner’s permits are accepted.
•A mandatory collision fee of $35 is required per machine
Chaperone Policy
•Wilderness SxS: Ages 6-15 require a full paying adult, aged 19+, on tour with them.
•Backcountry SxS: Ages 13-15 require a full paying adult, aged 19+, on tour with them.
• Ages 16+ are able to join all tours without chaperone, granted the minimum requirements are met.
What To Bring:
•Wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. Activewear and waterproof layers such as a shell jacket and pant in the event of inclement weather. You will get wet, muddy, dusty – or all three! Don’t worry, it’s part of the fun!
Closed toe shoes are required.

Waivers
It is important that participants are aware that there are some inherent risks in outdoor activities. To acknowledge this assumption of risk, all participants will be required to read and sign a liability release form prior to prior to participating in any activity with The Adventure Group Whistler.
• Guest's 16 years and older sign their own waiver.
• Guest's under the age of 16 must have an adult age 19 or older on tour with them to sign the waiver on their behalf.
Alcohol Policy
Under no circumstance will any person suspected to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol be permitted to participate in any TAG activity. Persons denied participation on the activity will not receive a refund.
Pregnancy Safety
For your own safety, we strongly discourage guests from participating in any of our activities when pregnant. In order to participate, we would require written consent from a physician with the understanding that all of our activities pose the risk of falls or impacts.
