Spectacular Glacier Tour & Whistler Valley Tour: A minimum number of passengers (2 Adults) are required for all tours or transfers to operate. Your tour is subject to CANCELLATION if the minimum number is not met.

All sightseeing tours have a capacity of up to 7 passengers. Harbour Air Tours are shared tours, and there may be other passengers on board

All flights are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions. Please check in 30 minutes prior to flight time, with government issued photo ID.

Shuttle Transport
Shuttle service between Whistler Village and the Harbour Air Dock available on request. The shuttle runs Friday to Monday with pick up / drop off locations at The Fairmont Hotel, The Gondola Transit Exchange, The Visitor Centre and The Whistler Library. Shuttles are subject to availability and change.

Please check-in at the terminal 30 minutes prior to your flight, with photo ID.

Harbour Air Base: 8069 Nicklaus North Boulevard, Whistler B.C. V0N1B8. Parking available in Nicklaus North Golf Club's parking lot.

Travel Information
- Please be prepared to show physical government issued photo identification. It's required for all passengers 18 years and older and on all tours.

Luggage Restrictions - Strict policy on Scheduled Service flights only

The maximum weight limit per passenger for luggage aboard our aircraft is 25lbs for FLEX fares with the option to purchase an extra 25lbs at check-in and 20lbs for Comfort fares. This weight is guaranteed on regular baggage only. Golf clubs, bicycles and other various sporting equipment is not guaranteed regardless of weight.

Luggage restriction of 25lbs (11kg) per person, unless stated otherwise. All luggage over 25lbs will be sent over on a standby, space available basis. Stated luggage allowance includes both checked and carry-on luggage. Additional luggage (including sports equipment, strollers and pet carriers) over 50lbs (23kg) will be subject to additional fees to be charged directly to the passenger and will be sent on the same flight if possible, or on the next available flight.

Maximum weight per piece of luggage is 50lbs (23kg), passengers with a bag exceeding 50lbs (23kg) will be required to remove items to reduce the overall weight.

Scenic Tours
Harbour Air recommends that passengers arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before their scheduled departure. Passengers booked on a scenic tour must be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.

Reservations may not be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled departure. Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to departure are eligible for a refund to original form of payment.

On all scheduled service flights: for group bookings of 4 or more, partial or whole cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.


Scheduled Flights
Passengers booked on the Flex fare must be fully checked-in 15 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. Passengers booked on the Comfort Tier must be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.

Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.

For Flex fare, refund to original form of payment and changes within fare applicable up to 4 hours before scheduled time of departure. For Comfort fare, changes within fare and changes to higher fare, fare difference applies. Applicable up to 24 hours before scheduled departure. Only one change allowed.

There are no charges associated with flights cancelled due to inclement weather. It is up to the discretion of the pilot as to what are/are not suitable flying conditions. There is also no compensation for flights cancelled due to weather.

Full payment is processed at the time of booking by Whistler.com Systems Inc.

Children between the ages of 2 and 11 years will fly at a half price rate. 0 to 23 months are free of charge.
