You agree to abide by the following spa etiquette:
For true relaxation, maintain silence, turn off and store all digital devices, and ensure minors under 16 are supervised at all times. To uphold a clean environment, please shower before and after treatments, sit on a towel, and wear a bathing suit (sandals are optional). Outside food is not permitted, and there are no in-and-out privileges.
To protect the quality and safety of this experience, non-compliance with these policies will not be tolerated.
What should I bring?
Here is what you need for your spa journey:
• A bathing suit;
• Sandals – optional and NOT AVAILABLE TO RENT but can be purchased at check-in;
• A reusable water bottle.
• A hair brush
Feel free to bring a book, a magazine, or a journal (and a waterproof bag for it) if you are feeling challenged by the digital detox or silence policies.
We provide the essentials: two large towels, a padlock and shower products.
Robes can be rented at check-in – all massage bookings and Thermal Journey reservations include the robe rental.
The spa sells bathing suits, reusable water bottles, hair ties and sandals at the front desk.
Does my spa journey have a time limit?
There is no time limit for your visit, but guests do not have in-and-out privileges.
Time permitting, thermotherapy before or after your massage will be beneficial. Starting your spa journey with thermal therapy helps begin the relaxation process and sets you up to get even more from your massage. Using the Nordic spa installations after your massage will optimize its benefits and promote deeper relaxation.

Can we eat on-site? Can I bring my own food?
The bistro is open daily. We offer snacks and beverages, including sandwiches, wraps and salads, desserts, espresso-based drinks and cold beverages. We also offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options.
All food must be eaten in the designated dining area. Please note that outside food is not permitted and there are no in-and-out privileges: please plan your day accordingly.
Are alcoholic drinks or cannabis permitted?
No. Thermotherapy exacerbates the effects of alcohol and drugs. For health and safety reasons, therefore, it is advisable to abstain or to drink responsibly.
Alcohol and cannabis consumption is strictly forbidden outside or inside the premises, including our parking lot.
We may ask you to safely leave the premises if you appear to be intoxicated.
Is there a minimum age to enjoy the Scandinave Spa relaxation journey?
The minimum age required to enter the spa without supervision is 16. However, our spa welcomes guests aged 14 and 15 when supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. A valid ID will be required at the reception.
Guests under the age of 19 can only receive massages by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
Guests 14 and 15 years old may enjoy a RMT massage when booked exclusively in a duo room with a parent or legal guardian. The adult is also required to sign the Release and Discharge form on their behalf.
The temperature of the installations remains the same for all of our guests.
