Important Information:
• Guests are required to contact the Whistler base at either 1-800-330-4354 or 604-938-1700 to confirm all bookings 24 hours prior to departure.
• All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
• All flights are subject to availability of aircraft, seasonal conditions, weather conditions, and civil emergencies
• All flights are subject to daylight hours
• Custom tours for individuals and groups are available upon request. Cost is dependent on the destination, program requirements, and length of trip..
• A minimum of 2 passengers is required to confirm a sight-seeing flight. We will do our best to match up guests if required.
• Guests are required to sign a waiver for all heli adventure tours. The waiver is available for review online at www.blackcombhelicopters.com/waiver-instructions.
Transfers
• Shuttle to or from the Heliport are subject to availability - please call to confirm.
Self Drive
• We are a 15 minute drive north of Whistler Village with complimentary parking available. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your flight time at 9960 Heliport Road, Whistler.
Gratuity• Gratuities are not included and shall be at the discretion of the guest.
For individual bookings, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations; inside of 24 hours, reservations are 100% non-refundable.
If Blackcomb Helicopters cancels a pre-booked flight due to weather, no charges will apply.
Payment due at time of booking.
