• Regular cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to a booked service to qualify for an alternate service or refund.
• Group cancellations of 6 or more guests must be made 72 hours prior to a booked service to qualify for an alternate service or refund. Private service cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to a booked service to qualify for an alternate service or refund.
• "No Shows" will not qualify for an alternate service or refund. Guest initiated refunds may incur the credit card/booking fee(s) charged at the time of booking.
• Whistler Valley Tours & Charters reserves the right to cancel a service at any time due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond control. In the event this occurs, we will do our best to provide an alternate service or offer a full refund.
