The best fondue ever! The classic cheese is great but you have to try the chocolate one! Need to mention Aimee made our dinner perfect. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful dinner on Valentines Day. Food was excellent! Our server, Melanie was wonderful giving us so much attention and many good suggestions. We did not do the pre fixed menu but tried many a la cart items. We started with the french onion soup- so delicious! We also had the roasted pair salad and it was fantastic! For the main course we had the steelhead trout - outstanding and the schnitzel which was good. We watched many couples share the cheese fondue. I'm sure it was good but not our thing. We hoped we would have room for chocolate fondue at the end, but we were too full. Lots of people enjoying it but it looked too simple for $32. The one thing they could do to improved the restaurant is to dim the lights a bit and set a nicer and quieter setting. Overall, we loved the food and would recommend it. Ask for Melanie as your server...she was the BEST!

We had the loveliest dinner with Frazer as our server. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and it was so kind of Frazer to acknowledge this! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening. The food was also absolutely delicious ! We cannot wait to visit again!

We were lucky to get a last minute reservation. Easy to get to with the Fairmont courtesy shuttle or a 10 min walk. The restaurant is very cozy and quaint - just like the photos! Aimee was our server - she was warm, attentive and it truly felt like she cared. We had 4 adults and one toddler, and got the Guten Appetit x 2 with the Fondue Chinois w seafood x 2. Way more than enough for the 5 of us - the schnitzel and sausage platter with the fondue experience had 4 full sausages and 2 enormous pieces of schnitzel! Fondue Chinois is nothing like standard Chinese hotpot - the five spice base grew on me, it's aromatic but not that strong. Seafood was truly sashimi quality. Pleasantly surprised that kids under 5 also get a free kids meals if you stay at the Fairmont.
Only thing that was incongruous were the bathrooms. With how upscale and charming the dining room is, the industrial, bare bones bathroom/lockers that feel like a high school gym certainly dampened the vibe. Would consider a remodel.
