I honestly can’t thank Anna, Belinda and everyone at Lifemark enough. Over the past year, they’ve helped me recover from major knee and shoulder injuries, and I’m truly amazed at how far I’ve come. Their knowledge, support, and genuine care has made a huge difference—not just in my physical recovery, but also in helping me navigate the whole process with ICBC. Thanks to their help, I was actually back skiing just 9 months after knee surgery, which felt like a massive win.
They have been supportive every step of the way, always listening, adapting the treatment to what I needed, and keeping me motivated. If you're looking for physios who are both skilled and genuinely care, Lifemark is absolutely the right choice!

Can’t say enough to Thank everyone at Lifemark Whister . I am so impressed with my results . I honestly didn’t think I would be able to move as easily as I can now . It took four weeks but it was the right guidance, proper exercises and treatments by Zoe, Unbelievable massage results from Andrew and care and thoughtfulness of everyone in the clinic . Thanks for your support .

I have been very satisfied of my experience in this establishment. I have been seeing Ryland and his knowledge and his patience are taking me a long way. he is very professional, caring, and gives you all the good advice to get better quick. all staff is professional and friendly. 100% recommend

Super friendly staff! Went there for about 2 months, and always got new appointment very easily and quick. I had two appointments per week because of my knee injury. But I also got a couple for my back. The appointments are about an hour long (sometimes a bit longer because in the end I could decide if I want a head/ice pack on my injury!)
Great would highly recommend!!!
