I had an appointment for today, but somehow a miscommunication happened and it was for the following week, of which I would be out of town and unable to make that. The girls worked to squeeze me in and make the appointment happen which made me very happy.
Melissa, who helped me with picking and getting new frames and lenses was helpful, informative and awesome. Also lovely to chat with.
Same went for the Dr. Cindy Wagner. The whole staff was wonderful, happy, confident and positive. A great business with great people working there. Thank you everyone :)

We’ve been going to FYI doctors for years. Shea is great and the staff is always friendly. We just recently had new lenses put into glasses with Sarah’s help. She was great. Everyone is always very professional. I highly recommend FYI doctors in Whistler.

Amazing place. My daughter broke her prescription glasses on our holiday and we forgot her extra pair at home. Joza and Sara helped
Put on an extra handle to give it some support until we got back home. They saved the day! Otherwise my daughter would not be able to see much for 3 days. They were so nice and accommodating and helpful. They didn't even charge us for their time. Highly recommend

On holiday from the UK I fell and broke my glasses frames. The lenses were OK so I took them to FYI. I didn't have much hope but Sarah and her colleagues went out of their way to find me new frames. Within 24 hours I went back and the frames were properly fitted for me. I really didn't think that this would be possible but thanks to the team I am able to see properly for the rest of my holiday! Thank you so much for your help.

I stopped by today to get a screw for my glasses, and the lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She kindly offered me a screw and even tightened the other ones on my glasses for me! I didn’t have any cash on hand to leave a donation, but I just wanted to express how amazing her service was. Merry Christmas!
