Ordered a bathing suit online and realized after I purchased it that I didn’t apply the promo code. When I emailed to ask if the could get a partial refund because I forgot to apply the code, Cassie was more than understanding and helpful and helped me process it. I fully expected her to say no, but to my surprise, she allowed me to use the code after the fact.
The shipping was super quick, it took I think 2 days to receive it from when I ordered it.
Also the best store in Whistler for a wide range of bathing suits and unique clothing brands. I visit every time I’m there. Thank you!!!

Brutal customer service, unfair exchange/refund decision and lack of empowerment to excellent employees.
Bought a belt the day prior to attempting a return. The clerks removed the belt label while I was there without me asking. Apparently they asked if I wanted the garbage from the label after they removed (which is possible). Anyhow with my return the next day I was purchasing a $110 shirt for my wife. The belt was $40.
They wouldn’t accept the return so I sent my wife in—who’s a better arguer than myself. She didn’t fare any better and the manager on shift was quite sarcastic when she left “Byeeee”. Pretty brutal for a $40 belt to be treated so unfairly.
I run a small business myself and love the idea of supporting others wherever I go. The frontline staff member was super nice and was on our side as they knew the situation. But the manager sure wasn’t. Employees, like the one who removed the label the day prior, and understood the story, should be empowered to make decisions that are best for the customer and business— but unfortunately she was powerless to make the decision to accept the return like she was willing to do prior to another employee interjecting to say she should talk to the manager first. Note also that this was not a sale item and was not subject to their no return or exchange policy.
Anyhow, awful service from management (ownership?). Very confusing and the fact we were buying something of a much higher value with the return—lacking business sense.
The manager was condescending and beyond unhelpful. Weak sauce The Beach. Your employees and customers deserve far better and your management needs proper training or a different job.

Big snow day so we put off a day of skiing to go to the hot springs. My daughter didn't bring a bathing suit so we popped in here to have a look. I had no idea women's suits cost so much but apparently this place is in the normal range- at least for Whistler.

Bought a shirt online for shipping to another province - best price I could find on shirt and arrived exactly as hoped. Very responsive and kind customer service that helped resolve a shipping issue (which was not their fault).
