Like many of the reviews here, insanely rude pharmacist, asked a question really nicely and was met with absolute disdain. She wasn't busy, there wasn't even a queue but it was like I had walked up and spat in her face because I dared to queue and wait politely to ask her a question. You'd be better off going to shoppers drug mart round the corner the staff were very friendly and better selection and prices.

First of all the cashier was amazing and has more common sense than the manager on duty at the time. My purchase included 2 different energy drinks. One charged the proper 10 cent deposit plus 2 cent CRF fee. The other for some reason charged the deposit of a 12 pack so $1.20 deposit and 24 cents for the CRF fee. The cashier easily understood the problem but was unable to fix it so she called her manager who then came. Rather than listen to what the problem was, he just kept telling me that the deposit wasn’t a Rexall fee and it was the government. I’ve been alive almost as long as bottle deposits, I know how they work. Once again, the cashier was amazing and should be the one in charge, not the incompetent manager that was working.

Hurray to Penny - my Pharmacist Hero! I had forgotten my Rx Meds in the city and went to the Village Square Rexall as it was the closest to where we were staying. I had copies of my prescription but Penny informed me that if you live in BC they can pull BC prescription info off of PharmaNet and do an emergency supply. She mentioned that every weekend she does about 5 emergency refills! Although they didn't have all of the meds I needed, Penny called the other Pharmacies in the village and located them for me. She did all the paperwork including the extended medical so I didn't have to pay for the supply and request a reimbursement later too! Thanks for the help Penny!

Go Shoppers Drug Mart under Earls. Prices here are $1 to $5 more than the Shoppers around corner. They don't honour the price code guarantee and only have 1 good pharmacist who's willing to answer questions. 0 out 10 do not recommend
