Have rented equipment a few times over the last month (ice axes & crampons). The gear is well maintained despite being well used and is in great condition. The provide the best brands and their staff are very helpful, friendly & flexible.

The demo centre is in a very convenient spot close to the lifts. Following a quick informative phone call, I filled out most of the information and successfully filled out forms, booked and paid for my rental day on-line. Super friendly staff had me in outfitted and on the way to the lift within 5 minutes. I was up the lifts at the roundhouse before 9:00 am. The start of a great day.

Called ahead of time after checking the pretty good web site and got a very good and helpful phone consult (twice - first checking on availability and then later booking once I finalized my plans) about renting backcountry skis. Then the in store experience was also awesome with the staff being super helpful and patient in explaining the equipment. Highly recommend and now thinking they are a good place to pickup my own backcountry stuff.

Experienced staff and great service! I did not get my initial choice of rental touring skis at first, but was able to try a different pair which worked fine. This shop is a great option in Whistler if you are looking to try a variety of touring skis or binding setups before buying.
