Been in Canada for a while now, best haircut-shave ive had in the country! Friendly, knowledgeable and great to have a banter! Would %100 recommend

The « barber » on duty was absolutely not professional and left the place 45 min before 5:30pm which was the listed closing time - even if my appointment was at 5pm. When i tried to discuss the situation with the 3 other employees they were not of any help. When i asked the phone number or email of the owner to have a chance to talk they mentioned they were not allowed to share personal contact details and that i could find on google what was available. I went to that place many times over the last ten years and always experienced great service but the new crew around clearly has both attitude and professionalism issues.

Unfortunately i couldn't give a single star being i got none of the service requested. I am residing this week at the Glacier Lodge. 10 minutes from the Whistler Barbershop. I made an appointment for 5:30pm. I was told the barber would be just getting done at 5:30pm and they could put me on for that time.. but that it might be a couple minutes after. I was asked for my Name and Phone Number. I arrived 9 minutes after 5:30pm and was told there was someone else in the chair already. And i could be put on At the end of the day. WOW. ABSOLUTELY DISREGARDING OUR WHOLE CONVERSATION ON THE PHONE. They have one barber onsite at a time. Absolutely a waste of my day awaiting this cut. After asking why they didnt try to reach me being they demanded i gave them my number. I was told Sorry. Well sorry is a perfect way to describe this establishment and thier way of business.

Super happy with that service here. The young man taking care of us was amazing and did an excellent job. He was conscientious and thorough and knew his trade well. My son was apprehensive about getting his hair cut but in the end loved his new hair.

i wouldn’t normally post a review, but my experience was so awful i had to say something. this is not my regular barber, but time was tight and i figured what could go wrong because it’s just a hair. well, my definition of “minor trim” was clearly different than theirs. i was shell shocked enough to literally tell them to stop. obviously hair will grow back, but you need to be extremely explicit with your instructions. i’m sure people have had great cuts here. sadly, i am not in that group and cannot in good conscience recommend this place.
