Bad service. The person who serves has no patience, is very rude. She doesn't even let me see what I want and is upset because I don't speak to her in English....she is a Chinese worker. I had to leave my full coffee on the table

Young, ignorant, clueless staff! Terrible WiFi and while all the patrons can't connect, all the staff are connected and take up the network capacity! Crappy music which is way too loud! Got hot chocolate and it was so tasteless!

Was enjoying a coffee and staying out of the cold until one of the workers opened the door. Now there’s a cold draft in the seating area. I’ll enjoy a coffee and stay warm somewhere else next time.

A franchise store nice staff but unorganized and slow, partial orders etc. forget standing in line for a refill apparently its privately owned not corporate. Id support a local store up here

Worst experience ever at a starbucks…price for iced peach green tea is shown as $4.90 (as per photo) on the sign, then charged at cashier for $5.35, eventually just said the price on the sign is not updated and refused to adjust. So it’s meaningless to put the price on the sign and the shop can charge whatever amount they prefer…
