Spring is the season of renewal. In Whistler, it’s the time of year when we thrive in nature, finding stillness in the forest, our pace out on the trails and our rhythm as we paddle on a glassy lake. With longer days and a warming sun, it’s also a time when we look to revive and restore our bodies, whether that means a trip to the spa, lake, forest or a favourite restaurant.

In harmony with this natural focus on wellness, the Nourish Whistler Wellness Series offers 60-plus unique events happening May 31 to June 29, 2025. Create your own Whistler retreat with an education and engaging speaker series, hands-on masterclasses, culinary events set in nature, and transformative movement and mindfulness experiences.
