For a few special weeks in May, the wonderful worlds of summer and winter collide, creating a unique experience for mountain and wilderness lovers alike – the option to ski or snowboard, PLUS bike, hike, golf, and SUP. On one of these very special Whistler weekends lies GOFest2016; four days of action-packed outdoor activities, indoor art experiences, and live concerts in the Village Square.
Among the adventure options was the GOFest2016 Digital Meet-up – a chance for Social Media savvy strangers to connect and snap their hearts away on a guided tour of lost lake’s walking and biking trails. The result – a whole lot of happy faces, new friendships and fresh ’grams.
Here’s a peek into our favourite snapshots shared on social media from the entire GOFest2016 shebang.
