Nordic at Lost Lake Park
Cross-Country Skiing and Snowshoeing
Lost Lake Park features 40 kilometres of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails with incredible views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Enjoy a circuit on the groomed trails, a snowshoe through the forest, or a lesson to improve your skills. Night skiing is also available at the park, which is just a short walk from Whistler Village.

Lost Lake cross-country ski and snowshoe trails are closed for Nordic operations and will reopen in late fall when conditions permit.

Lost Lake 2024/25 Day Tickets
A day ticket to Lost Lake Nordic Trails provides access to 25 kilometres of cross-country ski trails and 15 kilometres of snowshoeing trails for all skill levels. Tickets can be purchased at Cross Country Connection.

Where is Lost Lake Park?
Lost Lake Park is located a short walk from the Village, Lot 4 and Lot 5. You can use the free Village Shuttle with drop off at Day Lot 4.

2024/25 Lessons
All packages include lesson, trail pass, rental equipment and unlimited use of the gear and trails for the day. All lessons are 75 minutes long and begin at 10 AM.

Lost Lake Park Facilities
PassivHaus Daylodge
Built as the Austria Haus for the 2010 Winter Olympic games, the PassivHaus is home to Cross Country Connection and offers:
- Ticket sales, lessons, public seating and washrooms
- Located in Lost Lake PassivHaus, built as Austria Haus for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games
- Rentals for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing available for full day or after 3 PM
- Ski tuning services
- Connection Café: serving locally-roasted coffee, healthy meals and the famous $2 cookie
Cross-Country Skiing
- Access to 25 km of pristinely groomed trails suitable for all ages and abilities
- Expertly groomed terrain for both classic and skate technique
- 4 km of illuminated trails for night skiing after the sun goes down
- Recharge mid-ski and get cozy at the lakeside warming hut

Snowshoeing

Please note: To maintain the condition of the trails, walking, hiking, running, dogs, ice skating and bikes are not permitted in Lost Lake Park for the winter season. A valid pass or day ticket is required to utilize the trails.
